Basil Sausage Pizza

Add 2 grams of salt to the flour and mix well, prepare olive oil, and let the yeast melt with 50 grams of warm and let it stand for 10 minutes

Then mix the yeast water and flour well, then add 50 g of water to knead the dough, flatten it, add 10 ml of olive oil, and knead it to form a smooth dough.

Prepare sausage and tomato sauce, wash and slice mushrooms, wash and slice onions, wash and chop basil leaves

Use 2 sausages to cut into thin slices, then use 2 to cut into about one centimeter thickness and set aside

Tips:
1. The temperature and time of the oven should be set according to your own oven;
2. Stir-fry mushrooms and onions to get the moisture before adding them, the pizza will not have a bad taste.
