Roll out into 2-3mm thick slices (Try to keep it rectangular. When rolling, sprinkle a little dry powder under the dough to roll it out easily and prevent sticking to the chopping board)

Then roll it into 2-3mm thin slices and spread olive oil evenly.

Then roll it out (2-3mm is fine, in fact, the thinner and crisper the better), then use a fork to make small holes to prevent it from rising and foaming

Use a hob to cut into small pieces (you don’t have to use an ordinary knife, be careful not to break it when you move it up the baking tray, and place it neatly one by one with your hands)
