Prepare the ingredients, wash the ribs and chop into pieces.

Soak the dried bayberry in water for a while.

Pork ribs in cold water, add cooking wine and ginger slices, blanch them together, wash off the blood foam, remove and drain.

Put a little oil in the pot and stir fry slowly with rock sugar over low heat.

Stir-fry until the rock sugar has completely melted and turned brown. (Be careful not to make the burnt bitter when frying the sugar color)

Add the drained ribs and stir fry until completely colored.

Add ginger, garlic, star anise and cinnamon and stir fry.

Pour out 100ml bayberry wine.

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, a little dark soy sauce, and stir-fry evenly.

Pour in bayberry wine.

Pour the soaked dried bayberry with water.

Pour in the boiling water that has not been used for the ribs, bring to a boil, turn to a low heat and simmer slowly. After about half an hour, add salt to taste.

When it comes out of the pot, the fragrance of bayberry is already in the room when it is stewed.
