1. Prepare the ingredients, wash the ribs and chop into pieces.

2. Soak the dried bayberry in water for a while.

12. Pour in the boiling water that has not been used for the ribs, bring to a boil, turn to a low heat and simmer slowly. After about half an hour, add salt to taste.
