Bean Paste

Wash the bean foam and set aside.

Cut green peppers and carrots for later use.

Add salt, oyster sauce, soy sauce, chicken essence, starch and water to make a juice for later use.

Put oil in the pot, add the pepper noodles and green onions to fragrant when the oil is hot, then put the green peppers and the carrots and stir-fry for a few times, then add the bean paste and stir-fry.
