Bean Paste Shredded Bread

Put all the ingredients except butter in the bread machine, put the liquid ingredients first, put sugar and salt diagonally, then put the bread flour, dig a hole in the middle, put the yeast powder, and cover the bread flour to start kneading.

After a kneading process (about 20 minutes), add softened butter and perform the kneading process again, and the glove film can be pulled out

Fermented directly in the bread machine 2~2.5 times larger

Take out the exhaust, relax for 10 minutes, roll out into a rectangle

Spread the red bean paste evenly, as long as 3 minutes 2

Fold down the side without bean paste, fold the bottom one up, and then fold it again, as shown in the picture, let it rest for 10 minutes

Roll out into a 2 cm thick rectangle and divide it into thirds evenly. Be careful not to cut off the top. Weave it like a braid. Don't weave it too tightly.

Put the prepared bread dough in the toast box, put it in the oven, start the fermentation function, and send it to 8 minutes full, take it out and brush with egg wash, sprinkle with sesame seeds, put it in the preheated oven 170 degrees and bake for 35 minutes
Tips:
Satisfied with the coloring, cover with tin foil and continue baking.
It is better to put the red bean paste in a fresh-keeping bag, roll it into thin slices, and then tear off the bag and place it on.
