Bean Skin Lettuce Wraps

First prepare two main ingredients: a tofu skin and a lettuce.

Boil the tofu skins in boiling water for about five minutes, then cut off the edges.

Cut into six equal parts.

Wash the lettuce, place it on the tofu skin, and roll it up from one end.

This is a rolled bean curd.
