Bean Sprouts Mixed with Kelp

Soak kelp, wash and cut into sections, mince garlic

Tips:
Kelp is not easy to cook, so cook it more often. Cooking with bean sprouts will not affect the taste and save time. A little frying of minced garlic can remove the unique spicy flavor of garlic.
