Beef and Mushroom Pie

The first night, add appropriate amount of water and yeast powder to the flour, put it in the refrigerator overnight, take it out the next morning, knead it and divide it evenly.

Add the meat stuffing with shiitake mushrooms, light soy sauce, sesame oil, appropriate amount of green onion and ginger, and mix thoroughly for later use. You can also mix it up overnight and put it in the refrigerator for later use.

Flatten the dough and wrap the meat like a bun.
