Beef and Mushroom Sesame Spicy Sauce

Dice beef, add 10 ml of cooking wine, 1 g of pepper, soy sauce and corn starch, beat well and marinate.

Wash the mushrooms, drain the water, and cut into small pieces.

Dice ginger, garlic, and green onions.

The tempeh is changed to a knife.

I use Haitian Soybean Paste.

Start the pan, add 30 ml of oil, stir-fry the beef and pour it out. This is the fried beef.

Add the remaining oil, stir fragrant star anise and chili to remove.

Add the tempeh and ginger and stir fry for a nice flavor.

Add green onion and garlic and stir fry to create a fragrance.

Add shiitake mushrooms and fry until dry.

Add sesame and pepper powder and sauté until fragrant.

Add the soybean paste and the rest of the cooking wine and continue to stir fry, to avoid sticking to the pan. Stir-fry until the soybean paste is dry, add the remaining pepper and sugar, stir-fry and turn off the heat.

After turning off the heat, add MSG and sesame oil and mix thoroughly.

Bowl of sauce.
