Beef and Potato Braised Rice

Potatoes peeled and cut into small pieces

Beef diced

Heat oil in a pan, add beef diced and stir fry to change color

Add potato pieces and stir fry, then cook in cooking wine, add light soy sauce and stir-fry, turn off the heat when the potatoes change color

Add the usual amount of water after washing the rice

Add the fried potatoes and beef, select the rice key

Mince the shallots, add the chopped shallots to the braised rice, mix well with a spoon while it is hot
Tips:
The whole stewed rice tastes weak, because I still eat it with pickles. If I only eat this rice alone, I need to add some salt or add some soy sauce while the rice is hot and mix well.
