Beef and Potato Shreds with Shacha Sauce

Peel and wash potatoes, wash shallots, shred beef with cooking wine, salt, cornstarch, light soy sauce and pickle.

Shred potatoes and slice green onions.

Soak the cut potato shreds in clean water to remove starch.

Heat the pan, pour in the oil, add the shredded beef, stir fry to change the color and serve.

Add oil to the potatoes and stir fry.

Add a small amount of water, then add salt.

Add 1 tablespoon of shacha sauce and stir well.

Combine shredded beef.

Add the shallots and fry them evenly.
