Beef and Radish

Wash the beef and cut into pieces soaked in bleeding water.

Add various seasonings, namely a small amount of water, and press it in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes.

Peel the radish and cut into pieces.

Pour the pressed beef and the soup into the saucepan, and put the radish cubes.

After the high heat is boiled, turn to a low heat and simmer slowly.
6.
Stew until the radish is soft and rotten, and the soup is almost dry, then turn off the heat.
7.
Plate.
Tips:
1. If you don't have a pressure cooker, you can choose beef stew in a stew pot, but the time will be much longer. First, the beef is basically cooked and then put in the radish.
2. It is recommended not to make it too salty if you make dishes that go with alcohol.
