Beef Ball Enoki Mushroom Soup

Cut the beef balls in half, then cut the flowers, remove the enoki mushrooms, wash and cut them in half, cut the tofu into small pieces, shred the ginger, and dice the green onions.

Boil the water, add beef balls, tofu, and ginger and cook for 10 minutes.

Add enoki mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.

Season with salt and sprinkle with chopped green onions.

Tips:
The beef ball itself has a lot of seasoning, and it will taste when cut and boiled, so you don’t need to add too much seasoning to the soup.
