Beef Balls and Winter Melon Soup

Thaw the beef balls for a while, rinse with cold water for later use

Wash winter melon, peel and cut into small pieces
3.
Add appropriate amount of water to the soup pot, add winter melon, turn on a low heat, close the lid, and bring to a boil

Wait for the winter melon to change color slightly, add beef balls, continue to cover and boil
5.
After the balls float, cook for at least 5 minutes, add salt to taste
6.
Just drink with coriander

You can add some celery diced to the soup to enhance the flavor
