Beef Balls Stir-fried Parsley

Heat the frying pan, add the reserved beef balls and stir fry.

After a bit of stir-frying, immediately remove them and serve them on a plate for later use.

Add celery and tomatoes and stir fry.

Put the lid on and simmer.
5.
Add some salt to taste.
