Beef Beef Rice

Mix 2 teaspoons of sugar, 2 teaspoons of salt, 2 teaspoons of starch, 2 teaspoons of light soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of oyster sauce and 6 tablespoons of water to make a sauce;

Cut broccoli into florets, shred onion, and slice carrots;

Add water to the pot, put the eggs in cold water, boil the broccoli and carrots and blanch for 10 seconds, then remove the water and set aside;

The beef slices are blanched in the pot until the color turns white, then remove the water to control;

Re-start the pan, add oil and heat, add the shredded onion and stir fry a few times;

Add beef slices and sauce, cook over medium heat until the soup is slightly thick. (3-5 minutes)

Put the beef slices, shredded onion, carrots and broccoli on the rice, then drizzle the broth and sprinkle a little sesame on it.
