Beef Beef Rice

1. Mix 2 teaspoons of sugar, 2 teaspoons of salt, 2 teaspoons of starch, 2 teaspoons of light soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of oyster sauce and 6 tablespoons of water to make a sauce;

2. Cut broccoli into florets, shred onion, and slice carrots;
