Beef Beef Rice

Mix 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon starch, 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce and 3 tablespoons water to make a sauce.

Cut broccoli into small flowers. Shred the onion. Carrot slices.

Bring water to a boil, add broccoli and carrots, blanch for 10 seconds, remove the water and set aside.

Put the beef slices into the pot and blanch until the color turns white, then remove the water to control.

Re-start the pan, add oil to heat, add the shredded onion and stir fry a few times.

Add beef slices and sauce.

Cook on medium heat until the soup is slightly thick (medium heat for 3-5 minutes).

Put the beef slices, shredded onion, carrots and broccoli on the rice, and then drizzle it with the soup.
Tips:
1. Reserve more soup for bibimbap, which is delicious.
2. If you don't like to eat broccoli and carrots, you can leave them alone.
