Beef Braised Noodles

Prepare all materials. Soak dried shiitake mushrooms and vermicelli with warm water; wash oyster mushrooms and tear them into small stalks by hand; cut beef into 1.5*1.5 cm pieces; cut garlic sprouts into 3 cm long pieces.

Put a wok on the fire and put a little oil in it.

Put in shredded green onion, shredded ginger, and garlic slices and sauté until 70% hot on medium heat.

Add the beef cubes and stir-fry evenly.

Cook into the cooking wine.

Pour in the right amount of hot water (the amount of water should be slightly more, because there are also noodles and mushrooms, and the noodles absorb water, and the amount of water should be 1 cm below the meat).

Pour in the dark soy sauce, cover the pot, turn to a low heat for half an hour after the high heat is boiled.

Then add shiitake mushrooms and oyster mushrooms.

After seven or eight minutes, add the Fenpi and simmer until the Fenpi is cooked.

Add salt, chicken essence, and garlic sprouts, stir-fry evenly to get out of the pot.
Tips:
1. Choose cooked beef for beef, one is to shorten the cooking time, and the other is that the cooked beef itself has been marinated, and the flavor has penetrated into the meat. After stewing, the flavor of the beef is fused with the soup, which will enhance the taste of the dish.
2. For those who like spicy food, you can cook some dried chilies before cooking the onion, ginger and garlic.
