Beef Brisket and Potatoes
1.
Soak the sirloin in clean water for a while to clean, cut into pieces, put in a large bowl, add appropriate amount of salt, pepper, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine and ginger slices and marinate for 15 minutes.
2.
Wash potatoes, peel them and cut them into hobs for later use. Prepare ginger slices.
3.
Put the marinated beef brisket into an electric pressure cooker.
4.
Turn on the power and press the cooking key to operate (about 15 minutes).
5.
When the time is up, let's simmer for a while to see if the sirloin is cooked.
6.
Add appropriate amount of oil to the wok, add ginger slices and stir fragrant.
7.
Add the potatoes and stir-fry evenly, add appropriate amount of hot water and simmer for five minutes.
8.
Add the boiled sirloin and the soup and simmer for ten minutes.
9.
Cook until the potato flour is waxy and taste the taste (the seasoning is already set when the sirloin is marinated).
10.
It is about to be served on a plate (leave some soup for more delicious).
