Beef Brisket with Lotus Glutinous Rice

Soak dried lotus leaves in water for 2 hours

Soak glutinous rice in water for 2 hours

Change the sirloin into strips and press for 30 minutes in a pressure cooker (add butter without seasoning).

Add the soaked glutinous rice and the pressed sirloin to the seasoning, mix well, wrap it in lotus leaves and steam for 50 minutes, then put it on a plate.
