Beef Brisket with Radish

Clean the sirloin and cut into pieces.

Boil hot water and fly the sirloin into water.

Pick up the sirloin and wash under cold water.

Proceed to start marinating. Speaking of star anise, grass fruit, peel, salt, sugar, cornstarch, all use a spoon the size of the picture as the seasoning.

Pay attention to adding water in the middle to avoid drying out the water. It will cook for about an hour and a half. If you are using a pressure cooker, it takes about 40 minutes.

Add water without submerging the radish noodles. Boil the soft radishes over a slow heat.
