Beef Fish Ball Pot

Prepared ingredients.

Soak the vermicelli with water.

The beef slices are blanched in boiling water to mature and fish out for later use.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add Chinese pepper, Pixian bean paste, ginger, and stir fry for a nice flavor.

Add shredded cabbage, salt and sugar and stir fry to soften.

Put the fried cabbage into a small pot.

Spread the vermicelli and fish balls.

Put the beef slices on top.

Add green garlic leaves.

Add water or broth and use an alcohol stove to serve.
Tips:
1. The alcohol stove has a relatively small fire. You can boil it on a gas stove before eating it, and then move it to the alcohol stove to eat while burning, which can save time and keep warm.
