Beef Fried Kueh

Preparation materials: Kuey Teow, beef, tomato, celery.

The beef should be thinly sliced.

Marinate it with soy sauce, cornstarch, and oil.

Pour a little soy sauce on the kway teow.

Mix the soy sauce well.

Add oil to the pot and stir-fry the kuey teow first.

The kuey teow is fried and served on a plate.

Cut tomato into cubes and celery into cubes.

To fry tomatoes, add more water. Sauté the tomatoes in a bowl first.

Stir-fry beef with oil.

When the beef is half-cooked, pour the water used to fry the tomatoes, and finally pour the tomatoes together and fry.
12.
Pour the fried tomato beef on top of the fried kway teow, pour the soup on top, and add celery to it.
