Beef Fried Rice

Cut the beef into the marinade and marinate for a while, then take a clean bowl and stir the boiling water, sugar, soy sauce, and sesame oil to beat the eggs.

Heat oil in a hot pan, slide into the egg and fry until 3 minutes cooked, serve and set aside

Continue to pour the marinated beef cubes and stir-fry until they are ready to be served when they are 7 minutes old.

Continue to pour the oil and heat, pour in the diced onion and stir fry until translucent

Pour in the leftover rice and stir fry with the onion evenly, add a little soy sauce and continue to stir fry

Then pour in the beef cubes, eggs, green beans, and chopped green onions and stir-fry evenly. Pour all the remaining soy sauce into the stir-fry for color

Stir-fry for 30 seconds, turn off the heat and serve, and eat it while it’s hot, fragrant and delicious
