Beef Noodle

Prepare the ingredients. Boil a pot of water for later use.

Scallion, ginger, garlic, minced potatoes, carrots, tofu, tomatoes, cut into small cubes, mushrooms, cut into pieces, green peppers, chives, 1-2 cm, small pieces of beef, cut into small pieces

Put the diced beef into the container and pour some boiled water, stir it with chopsticks a few times. After the water cools a little, pour the bleeding water, squeeze out the remaining water, and set aside the diced beef.

Heat a pan with cold oil, sauté scallions, ginger, minced garlic, and add a little chili powder (or not).

In a large bowl of noodles, add about 1.5 bowls of water to a boil, boil for 1-2 minutes, add an appropriate amount of salt, and set aside.

Boil the water in the boiling pot, add the noodles to cook, remove with a slotted spoon and put it into the soup.

Tips:
1 I bought the noodles. You can also make the noodles by hand.
2 Or replace noodles with noodles, and beef with other meats, such as lamb, pork, and chicken.
