Beef Noodle Soup with Pickled Vegetables

1. To prepare pickled vegetables, the bagged pickled vegetables I use are not salty or soaked.

2. Chop onion, ginger, garlic and dried pepper.

3. Put the green onion, ginger, garlic and dried peppers in a frying pan and fry until fragrant.

4. Stir-fry with the Chinese cabbage, stir-fry for a while, dry the water, pour the light soy sauce and continue to fry.

5. Add water to boil.
