Beef Noodle Soup with Pickled Vegetables

                                To prepare pickled vegetables, the bagged pickled vegetables I use are not salty or soaked.

                                Chop onion, ginger, garlic and dried pepper.

                                Put the green onion, ginger, garlic and dried peppers in a frying pan and fry until fragrant.

                                Stir-fry with the Chinese cabbage, stir-fry for a while, dry the water, pour the light soy sauce and continue to fry.

                                Add water to boil.

                                Cut the beef during the boiling time. This is a marinated beef.

                                Put the noodles and cook until soft, add salt to taste.

                                Finally add the beef and boil.
