Beef Noodles

Put all the dough materials into the container, knead it into a smooth dough, and let it rise for more than half an hour

Roll out the proofed dough into a larger dough sheet

Grease both sides and cut into rectangular dough slices

Stack it up and put it on a plate, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for more than 2 hours

Tips:
It can be replaced with any soup, but the mutton soup couldn't be better.
