Beef Noodles

The beef is soaked repeatedly and the water is changed. Completely remove blood

Beef under cold water, add appropriate amount of cooking wine, green onion and ginger. After the water is boiled, remove the green onion and ginger and remove the beef

Rinse the foam on the surface of the beef with warm water (you must use warm water, otherwise it will affect the taste)

Prepare the seasoning

Add base oil to the pot, add 2 tablespoons of spicy bean paste, appropriate amount of light soy sauce, green onions, cinnamon, star anise, cumin, ginger and stir fry for a nice flavor

Add beef and stir fry for a while

Pour all the ingredients into the pressure cooker

Add the right amount of warm water and salt

Pressure cooker for 37 minutes, choose the time according to your own pot. When the beef comes out of the pan, add some beef noodles. If not, add chicken essence.

I use a noodle maker to make noodles. You can buy ready-made noodles, preferably hand-rolled noodles.
