Beef, Potato and Tomato Pasta Sauce

Dice cooked beef, green peppers and onions.

Peel the potatoes and wash the eggplant with the skin and cut into cubes.

Cut green onion, ginger and garlic into cubes.

Wash the tomatoes, peel them, and break them into small pieces.

Lift the pot, add oil, star anise and chili and saute until fragrant.

Add potatoes and ginger and stir fry until evenly coated in oil.

Add the eggplant and stir-fry until five ripe.

Tips:
