Beef Potato Cake

Cut beef with minced ginger into minced meat.

Peel and shred potatoes, and shred sweet pepper.

Mash the eggs, add salt, monosodium glutamate, a little sugar and pepper noodles, and then add the powder to make a paste.

Then add beef, potato shreds and sweet pepper shreds and set aside.

Pour the oil in the hot pan, with a little more oil, make it into small cakes and fry it in the pan until golden and ripe, just serve it on the pan.
Tips:
1. Drain the potatoes after they are cut to prevent discoloration and too much starch;
2. The oil temperature should not be too high, it is easy to fry.
