Beef Sauce with Chopped Pepper
1.
Prepare the chopped peppers (the chopped peppers made at my home contain garlic).
2.
Cut the beef into small pieces and marinate with light soy sauce, salt and chopped ginger for 10 minutes.
3.
Pour the sesame oil into the pot, burn it, add beef and cumin and stir fry.
4.
Boil the beef for 5 minutes, then add chopped pepper and cook for 10 minutes (stir-fry while boiling, so as not to paste the pot), wait for it to cool, put it in a water-free glass bottle and put it in the refrigerator.
Tips:
Boil the beef to dryness and store it for a longer time.
If you like garlic, you can add more. The chopped peppers I make are originally filled with garlic.
