Beef Sausage

Take a piece of Horqin Thuringian-style beef sausage, chop it for use

Pour all the ingredients into the chef's machine and stir

When the dough is smooth, you can pull out a thicker film to add a part of the beef sausage, and use a cook machine to beat it a few times.

Tips:
1. I divide this bagel dough into 8 pieces, which will be slightly smaller. If you want to make a sandwich, you can divide it into 6 pieces;
2. The beef intestines I use are cooked. If you use other raw beef intestines, it is recommended to fry them first;
