Beef Scallion Rolls

All the ingredients except the butter are put into the mixing tank and mixed evenly, and then the butter is added to continue mixing into a smooth dough that can pull out the fascia, and the fermentation is twice as large.

Chop beef jerky, chop green onions, leave the dough to remove air, and let stand for 10 minutes.

Divide the dough into 7 small dough pieces. Take one portion and roll it out and spread the beef jerky evenly on top.

Roll it up lightly, roll it all up in turn, put it into the baking tray and ferment twice again.

Cut a knife in the middle and sprinkle chopped green onions on the dough.

Sprinkle the chopped green onion, brush a layer of egg mixture, preheat the oven to 180 degrees, and bake for 20 minutes.
7.
After baking, put on the grill to cool down.
