Beef Slices with Onion and Cumin
1.
Cut the onion into pieces. The beef is taken out in advance and thawed, rinsed with running water, and drained. Add 1 scoop of cooking wine, a small amount of salt and starch to the beef slices, and marinate for 10 minutes.
2.
Put the hot oil in a hot pan and fry the onions for 2 minutes until they are broken. When the onions are yellow, they will be filled with the oil. Only the onions are filled and the oil is left at the bottom of the pan.
3.
Add ginger and fry it until fragrant.
4.
Add beef slices and fry until the color changes.

7.
Sprinkle green onions on a platter.
8.
Eat while it's hot.
