Beef Sliver

Roll the kneaded dough into a 5 mm thick dough.

Cut the dough into strips about one centimeter.

Pull the noodles into long strips one by one with both hands, and cook them in the pot.

Tips:
I use the leftover noodles from making dumplings, and make the noodles separately. When making the noodles, I must add some ya and an egg. The noodles made by doing this are vigorous.
