Stir-fried beans with beef sauce has received unanimous praise, and my snack shop suggested that it would be delicious if you use it to make steamed bun fillings! Today, the rest of the beef sauce was fried with beans to make the filling, it was delicious!

Beef Soy Carob Buns

1. Wash the beans and cut them into small pieces

2. Chop garlic and put it in a frying pan until fragrant

3. Add the beans and stir fry

4. Add some salt to taste

5. Add some light soy sauce

6. Add some sugar

7. Add beef sauce

8. Stir-fry evenly, serve and set aside

9. Take a large bowl and add flour, yeast and sugar

10. Add appropriate amount of warm water and stir into cotton wool with chopsticks

11. Knead into a smooth dough with your hands

12. Ferment in a warm place to double the size

13. Vent the fermented dough

14. Rub long and cut into 9 doses to wake up for a while

15. Take a potion, squash and roll it into the filling

16. Wrap it, add warm water to the pot, put the buns in the steamer and ferment for 20 minutes a second time

17. Fermentation is complete

18. Steam on high heat for 15 minutes, then simmer for 5 minutes before leaving the basket
