Beef Stew with Potatoes

Beef brisket diced

Peel and cut potatoes

Boil the sirloin in the pot and remove it

Add vegetable oil to the pot, add beef cubes and stir fry for 1 minute

Add green onion, ginger slices, garlic diced

Add star anise, dahurian angelica, grass fruit, cloves and dried hawthorn and stir fry until fragrant

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and hoisin sauce and stir-fry evenly

Pour in an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil, turn to a low heat and simmer for 1 hour
9.
Add the potato cubes and cook for 15 minutes on low heat, then collect the juice on high heat
