Beef Stew with Potatoes

Carrots, potatoes, green onions, diced beef, diced, and simmered in a pressure cooker for 40 minutes, and the beef broth is set aside. Sliced ginger 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oil, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, five-spice powder.

Put oil in the pan, add potatoes and stir fry.

Add carrots and beef and stir fry.
