Beef Stewed Kelp

Soak the kelp and wash it well.

Then shred.

Then put it in a pressure cooker and press it to turn off the heat. Probably less than ten minutes.

Beef, cut into large slices.

Then add soy sauce, star anise. salt. Cornstarch. oil. Marinate the beef. Stir well.

After kelp SAIC. cold. Turn on the pressure cooker and pour the beef. Keep pressing. Twenty minutes will do.
7.
Add chopped green onion.
