Beef Stir-fried Choy Sum

Cut beef into thin slices, add light soy sauce, and marinate with pepper for 20 minutes.

Heat the pan with oil, add garlic cloves and fry until fragrant. Add the choy sum and sauté for a minute, add salt, stir the chicken noodles, and place on the pan.

Heat in another oil pan, add shredded ginger, stir-fry beef slices (beef is well cooked), then add salt, add water starch and serve.
