Beef Tofu Soup, A Small Beautiful Delicacy

Clean the sirloin, add the sirloin in a hot pan with less oil and stir until the surface is discolored (please use a high fire), add cooking wine and soy sauce and stir-fry evenly, set up a clean pot, pour a lot of clean water (if you have clean water at home, use warm water) and open the fire Put the fried beef into water, add onions, green onions, tomatoes, shiitake mushrooms, fragrant leaves, ginger slices, and garlic. Tips:
1. Make fresh shiitake mushrooms. Don’t put too many shiitake mushrooms. Only three shiitake mushrooms are in my casserole.
2. This dish is a time to work, and must use a low fire, the beef will not be very soft when boiled in high fire.
3. The specific ratio of ingredients is mastered by yourself!
4. Japanese tofu should not be boiled in the soup for too long, it will boil the starch shell on the surface.
