Beef Vermicelli Casserole

Cut the sweet potato vermicelli into small pieces about 10 cm long and soak in boiling water for about half an hour.

Chop beef into minced pieces.

Add cooking wine, white pepper, salt, oyster sauce to the minced beef, mix well with water, and set aside.

Cut the shallots into chopped green onions and set aside.

Add a little oil to the pan, and stir-fry the minced beef.

After the minced beef is fried and dried, add some dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, oil, white pepper, and water. If you like spicy food, you can also add chili at this time.
