Beer Chicken Wings

Wash the chicken wings and add appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce, and starch.

Grab well and marinate for half an hour.

Cut green onion and millet pepper into sections, and slice ginger and garlic.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken wings.

Flip and fry until golden on both sides.

Add green onion, ginger, garlic and sauté until fragrant.
