Beer Duck
1.
1. Wash the duck and chop medium-sized pieces. Slice ginger and peel garlic.
2.
2. Add water to the pot, boil the duck pieces and blanch them for 5 minutes. After the duck pieces are picked up, rinse them with clean water and drain the water.
3.
3. Heat in a frying pan (a small amount of oil), add ginger slices, garlic cloves, and dried chilies to fry until fragrant.
4.
4. Add the duck pieces and stir fry evenly, and fry until the water vapor is basically dry.
5.
5. Pour 1 whole bottle of beer, bring to a boil and simmer on medium heat.
6.
6. Wash green peppers and green onions and cut into sections for later use.
7.
7. Stew the duck cubes until the soup is thick and white, add half a spoon of dark soy sauce, half a spoon of sugar, and some salt to taste. Continue to simmer until the duck meat is crispy and the soup is dried (if the duck meat is not rotten enough, you can add a little water).
8.
8. Add green peppers and green onions, stir-fry evenly, cover and simmer for a while and turn off the heat.
