Beer Marinated Eggs

After the eggs are boiled, put them in cold water to cool, peel them, and cut a few knives on the eggs with a knife.

Put the peeled eggs into a pot, add sugar, salt, monosodium glutamate, dried red pepper shreds, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, aniseed, and beer to the pot.

Bring to a simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, turn off the heat. Soak the eggs in the broth and let cool to taste.
