Beer Marinated Eggs

Wash the eggs, add 1 tablespoon of salt to the cold water and boil. After boiling, turn to low heat for about 10 minutes.

Remove the hard-boiled eggs and put them in cold water, soak them, then break the eggshells and peel them off.

Pour a bottle of beer, add appropriate amount of water, add tea, star anise, cinnamon, fragrant leaf, cumin, rock sugar, and boil for 2-3 minutes. Keep cool and set aside.

Pour the cold marinade into the peeled eggs and soak overnight.
