Beetroot Beef Brisket Fruit and Vegetable Soup

Prepare the materials

Beef brisket is diced and blanched for later use

Cut tomato into pieces; cut celery into small pieces

Beetroot peeled and cut into small pieces

Onion cut into small pieces; garlic smashed

Heat oil in a pot, add garlic slices and stir fragrant
