I have been looking forward to spring. The spring in the northeast has finally arrived, but the southern silver is always in summer. I just ate the splendens dumplings. I have always regretted it, but I could choose to go to the south. It's like spring all year round, but in summer, it's a steamer:) It's still a big northeast. Belated Splendens Dumplings

1. Fresh Achnatherum splendens, dig it and pick it clean.

2. Go home and wash it a few times, soak for a while, and just chop it.

4. Mix the fillings and prepare to make dumplings!

5. Make the noodles with clean water. Don't make the noodles too soft. Mix the dry flour with water until there is no dry flour, and knead it to form a dough. Relax for 30 minutes. Cover the noodles with plastic wrap and relax for 20 minutes.

6. The loosen noodles are very soft, pull into equal portions of small noodles, and round the noodles.

7. Roll out the dough and put an appropriate amount of fillings.

8. Squeeze the dumplings with both hands as shown in the picture.

9. The kneading method of Northeast dumplings is easy to master.

10. Boil the dumplings in a pot under water in about 5 minutes, and they will be ready.

Tips:

1. Don't make the noodles too soft, or it will affect the shape of the dumplings.
2, wild vegetables must be carefully read to understand that you are digging vegetables, so as not to eat poisoning.
