Bell Dumplings

Stir the pork belly with an egg, chop the green onion and ginger into the minced pork, mix well in one direction.

Add seasoning: oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, mixed MSG (self-adjusted MSG includes chicken powder, mushroom powder, shrimp powder)

Stir in one direction evenly and vigorously. spare.

Make good noodles into a small potion. Roll it out into a piece, fill it with the filling, fold it in half, and squeeze it tightly. (The dumplings of Zhong Shui Dumplings are very good, no tricks are needed)

Prepare seasonings: red oil chili, garlic mash, chives, pepper oil and copy soy sauce. (Copy soy sauce is made with herbal seasoning, soy sauce, rock sugar, brown sugar, etc.)

Use red oil chili + copy soy sauce + Chinese pepper oil to make a dipping sauce.

The dumplings are cooked and served in a bowl.

Add the prepared dipping sauce, add some chives, garlic mash, or a little vinegar. It's delicious when it's open.

Tips:
