Bell Pepper Beef Skewers

I bought a ready-made steak and cut it into chunks.

Then cut the red pepper, yellow pepper, and hot pepper into pieces about the size of the meat.

One layer of vegetables, one layer of beef, skewers with sticks.

After all the skewers are done, brush a layer of oil on the surface, and sprinkle a little salt on the front and back at the same time.

Put it into the air fryer, and use the tip of the stick to insert it into the small hole in the frying basket. This will form a semi-inverted state. Even if the meat skewers are grilled out of juice, they can drip down.

Close the frying basket and bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.

Add appropriate amount of water to the oyster sauce to make a slightly thick sauce. When there are 3 minutes left, take out the meat skewers, brush a layer of sauce on the surface, and put them back to grill until the time is over.

Tips:
1. You can choose your favorite vegetables.
2. The lottery I use is relatively small, so I cut them into smaller ones. If you want to have a good meal, you can cut them into larger ones. But consider the length of the ticket and whether the basket can be closed.
3. In the future, you can use this semi-inverted method for kebabs, so you don’t have to worry about soaking the kebabs in the juice and grilling them.
